In the field, whether hunting or competing in trials, MJ is all business, showcasing unrivaled bird-finding prowess and relentless dedication. His cooperative spirit and enthusiasm make every hunt or trial an exceptional experience. During the off-season, MJ transforms into a playful companion at our ranch, where he delights in lounging with his favorite toys, chasing squirrels, or joyfully accompanying the UTV on adventures across the property.

MJ loves to hunt! He may be sitting in a duck blind in the morning & flushing quail in the afternoon. Either way he loves it and is very successful at finding his birds! He hunts dove, duck, geese, quail, pheasant & chukar. 

During trial season, MJ is with Amelia Baxter of Bad Habit Gundogs traveling the country competing on the Field Trial circuit. Together they won the 2023 National Championship (the super bowl of field trials) beating out 95 of the country’s best field cockers that week.
